PHENOMENONAL!!!! Professional, compassionate, friendly, efficient, effective, timely, communicative, honest, and a good work ethic! Shout out and thank you to John, Joe, Eric, Larry and the entire Bio One team and their affiliates! Well worth more than five stars. Bottom line: There pricing is reasonably affordable and they are willing to work with you on payment options. You could hire a cheaper company. However, the quality and care you receive from the BioOne team, is priceless. With grace and compassion, they make an extremely stressful situation more managable. They not only do the job but share resources, information and conversations to create sustainable changes. They are happy people and a joy to work with! I was visiting a parent from out of town. I called Bio One for hoarding clean up of their house. John answered my phone call immediately and was able to come assess the house three hours later. My parent kept explaining and apologizing as we walked through the house. John was kind and compassionate, listened to them and was nonjudgemental. He made my parent feel understood, validated, and safe. My parent trusted John and relaxed. THIS WAS KEY for them to find the courage to say yes to John and Bio One cleaning the hoard out. John also noticed (my grandfather's) veteran items and as a veteran himself connected with my parent on this topic and offered us a wonderful military discount. As I was in town for a short time, John and his team were flexible with my schedule and I was able to book a cleaning ASAP. John and Joe were outstanding with communication over the next few days. I recommend using color-coded Post-It notes for labeling items in hoarding house situations. My parent and I went through the house and labeled items with the word ""keep"" on orange notes, ""trash"" on pink notes, etc. This helped my family and the team go quickly through the job. Three days later when the team came they were amazing with communicating with me over text and phone calls. They asked questions, brought up any issues to my attention, kept me informed of where they were with their work. My parent had dogs and without asking, Larry (Bio One team) took care of them. He made sure they had water, shade, snacks and plenty of love! Eric noticed my parent's lawn movers and without judging the multiple amounts, connected with my parent on small engine repairs. Overall, Bio One comes with my highest recommendation. Two months later seeing the mental transformation and awareness of my parent is a gift. My family is motivated to make life long changes and to me that's worth everything. I would hire the El Paso Bio One team in a heartbeat. This is the first review I have posted because the results were life-changing!!!

I hired Rigo and his crew over a year ago right before Covid for a lot of reasons and they did everything for me. They became family to me really quickly and I’ll never take that back it’s a really great relationship these people do everything and I love them back for all the hard work. After a few months apart I needed more work done to get out of my home and tomorrow they did that for me and I realize that is not their main job but they did it anyway for me that’s a step up their standup people Rigo and everybody in his crew I adore everybody. I would absolutely recommend them for any job I trust him wholeheartedly and that will never waiver ever I am a lifelong friends

I didn’t know what to expect when I contacted Bio One, but quickly realized it was the best thing that I could have done! Bio One responded quickly, to what I can only describe as a harrowing experience! The whole team was quick to react, knowledgeable, and efficient. As sensitive as the issue was they knew how to be professional and acted accordingly to where all parties benefited. I would highly recommend Bio One, should you encounter a similar situation!

100 % HIGHLY RECOMMEND the services of Bio-One. Super long review but these guys deserve it. I was unexpectedly handed a very bad, messy situation. I found Bio-One online and submitted a service request through their website. I was promptly contacted by Joe. I was surprised because it was late but relieved. He was nonjudgmental, professional, empathetic, and kind. Let's face it, the reasons they need to be called aren't the best. He explained their process and we agreed on a day for an initial assessment of the property. John met me at the property. He was prompt and extremely professional. He did the assessment and gave his professional opinion. He was nonjudgmental and honest. He will level with you, no-nonsense. For these guys, there is a standard they hold themselves to. They are extremely hard working no matter the situation or what the situation brings. They will push through it all. Any questions, or concerns, they will address it all until you are satisfied. They will ask you for your expectations, and any wishes like items to look for and save. Joe and John will give you the truth and reality of the situation. They will not lead you on and lie. I was able to put complete trust into their process. Sometimes you have to realize that items cannot be saved. If you ask their opinion, they will give it to you. That quality alone was extremely helpful. This situation was highly stressful and unexpected so honesty and reality checks were greatly appreciated. I have to give a shout-out to The A-Team- Larry, Eric, and Kayla. They were awesome and so professional! The clean-up required took longer than expected. I was completely fine with the timeline because when they show up they work and they work hard. They will not cut corners and continue to work on a problem until it is resolved. If there is something that is not in their area of expertise they will level with you and point you in the right direction. I was able to leave and take care of other issues that arose with complete confidence in The Bio-One Team and never did they disappoint. If any questions came up, they would promptly contact me or I would call them. Amazing communication. I could not believe the end results. The difference was night and day. They are absolute miracle workers. The pricing was reasonable but their work is priceless. So much of it is pure labor. Hard labor and they never complain, never make excuses. Their work ethic is admirable. All team members have outstanding personalities and they turn a terrible situation into a positive experience. I can never thank them enough for what they did, what they accomplished. I am so glad I found Bio-One and would recommend them to anyone in need of their specialty services BAR NONE. Joe and John are highly respectable individuals who served our country and now serve the community, very down to Earth! We are lucky to have them running Bio-One in El Paso. ❤️

Thank you, Zapata Brothers! My Granddaughters are members of a Cheer Team that’s been ravaged by influenza and respiratory illnesses, after the Holidays. There are several groups that belong to this organization and they compete locally, regionally, and also at national competitions by invitation. After numerous discussions about the root causes of contagion and continuous illness within each team, my daughter contacted Joe Zapata and asked for his thoughts about the problem. Bio-One came to the gym, assessed the facility, and immediately sprang into action. They expertly disinfected all surfaces and equipment and they made some recommendations to eliminate the problems that were being experienced.
