These guys right here are doing some amazing work! I was so touched by the initial call with Joe who expressed sincere concern for our situation and genuinely comforted us. May these brothers be blessed, guided, and protected by Our Heavenly Father. Their honorable public service careers before embarking on this franchise speaks volumes about their qualification, let alone becoming certified in the collective aspects that make up the unique line of business. Professionals all the way! Equip with all the necessary knowledge, Strong and experienced to handle the most unfathomable situations. Human beings, amazing human beings, with copious amounts of empathy and compassion. Rare, underrated and under recognized. Definitely EL PASO STRONG! The very epitome of the phrase. I am so grateful for the encounter and look forward to doing business with them. I will gladly promote them and would love to nominate them for El Paso Texas number one best business in town. A model example of what a business should be.

Bio-One was a godsend in a time of need - quick, efficient, and most importantly kind during some of the worst days of my life. Everyone who came to safely clear the hazardous remains of a family member went above and beyond to ensure the job was done and to provide support to me and my family. I cannot recommend this service enough, should you have the misfortune to need it.

There are no words that could truly describe the professionalism and level of ethics the guys at Bio-One have. Every time I have called them out for a job they are always punctual, polite, and going above and beyond in their work. Making sure it is safe for anyone to be around the area they worked in after they left is their main priority. Highly recommended.

I have used Bio One on many occasions and they have always performed above and beyond. Rigo is always willing to help and work out any obstacles I may encounter. I am very grateful for what he does and continues to do.

An insurmountable task was quickly turned to surmountable. Rigo Melendez and his team responded to our plea for help. My father-in-law passed away and we needed to quickly clear out his house before we left town. Bio-One worked to clear all of the furniture, clothing, food and knick knacks. During the process, they checked in with us to determine if something was valuable or if we wanted to keep an item. The items in the house went to Food Finders, Salvation Army and other charities. We have a receipt for the household goods from each place. We can breathe again knowing that the insurmountable is finished.

Rigo Melendez and his crew were wonderful! Not only did they do a great job cleaning the space, but they were great at communicating, and incredibly kind and non-judgmental during a difficult time with my mom. Highly recommend! They went above and beyond to help us.
