100 % HIGHLY RECOMMEND the services of Bio-One. Super long review but these guys deserve it. I was unexpectedly handed a very bad, messy situation. I found Bio-One online and submitted a service request through their website. I was promptly contacted by Joe. I was surprised because it was late but relieved. He was nonjudgmental, professional, empathetic, and kind. Let's face it, the reasons they need to be called aren't the best. He explained their process and we agreed on a day for an initial assessment of the property. John met me at the property. He was prompt and extremely professional. He did the assessment and gave his professional opinion. He was nonjudgmental and honest. He will level with you, no-nonsense. For these guys, there is a standard they hold themselves to. They are extremely hard working no matter the situation or what the situation brings. They will push through it all. Any questions, or concerns, they will address it all until you are satisfied. They will ask you for your expectations, and any wishes like items to look for and save. Joe and John will give you the truth and reality of the situation. They will not lead you on and lie. I was able to put complete trust into their process. Sometimes you have to realize that items cannot be saved. If you ask their opinion, they will give it to you. That quality alone was extremely helpful. This situation was highly stressful and unexpected so honesty and reality checks were greatly appreciated. I have to give a shout-out to The A-Team- Larry, Eric, and Kayla. They were awesome and so professional! The clean-up required took longer than expected. I was completely fine with the timeline because when they show up they work and they work hard. They will not cut corners and continue to work on a problem until it is resolved. If there is something that is not in their area of expertise they will level with you and point you in the right direction. I was able to leave and take care of other issues that arose with complete confidence in The Bio-One Team and never did they disappoint. If any questions came up, they would promptly contact me or I would call them. Amazing communication. I could not believe the end results. The difference was night and day. They are absolute miracle workers. The pricing was reasonable but their work is priceless. So much of it is pure labor. Hard labor and they never complain, never make excuses. Their work ethic is admirable. All team members have outstanding personalities and they turn a terrible situation into a positive experience. I can never thank them enough for what they did, what they accomplished. I am so glad I found Bio-One and would recommend them to anyone in need of their specialty services BAR NONE. Joe and John are highly respectable individuals who served our country and now serve the community, very down to Earth! We are lucky to have them running Bio-One in El Paso. ❤️

They exceeded my expectations and would not think twice in contracting them again.

Unfortunately I was not able to hire them based on requirements on my own end, but they had EXCELLENT customer service with me, went above and beyond explaining the process and what needs to be done.

Dependable and reliable service.

An insurmountable task was quickly turned to surmountable. Rigo Melendez and his team responded to our plea for help. My father-in-law passed away and we needed to quickly clear out his house before we left town. Bio-One worked to clear all of the furniture, clothing, food and knick knacks. During the process, they checked in with us to determine if something was valuable or if we wanted to keep an item. The items in the house went to Food Finders, Salvation Army and other charities. We have a receipt for the household goods from each place. We can breathe again knowing that the insurmountable is finished.

I highly recommend this company!! Their quality of customer service is exceptional.. They truly stand by their motto Help first, Business later. One of my family members was in a terrible predicament with a deadline. I called Bio-One El Paso and spoke to Mr Jose Zapata. He took the time to hear our situation, discuss the matter and work quickly with us to resolve our issue within 24 hours. They are truly caring and responsive. I hired Rigo and his crew over a year ago right before Covid for a lot of reasons and they did everything for me. They became family to me really quickly and I’ll never take that back it’s a really great relationship these people do everything and I love them back for all the hard work. After a few months apart I needed more work done to get out of my home and tomorrow they did that for me and I realize that is not their main job but they did it anyway for me that’s a step up their standup people Rigo and everybody in his crew I adore everybody. I would absolutely recommend them for any job I trust him wholeheartedly and that will never waiver ever I am a lifelong friends
