There are no words that could truly describe the professionalism and level of ethics the guys at Bio-One have. Every time I have called them out for a job they are always punctual, polite, and going above and beyond in their work. Making sure it is safe for anyone to be around the area they worked in after they left is their main priority. Highly recommended.

Thank you, Zapata Brothers! My Granddaughters are members of a Cheer Team that’s been ravaged by influenza and respiratory illnesses, after the Holidays. There are several groups that belong to this organization and they compete locally, regionally, and also at national competitions by invitation. After numerous discussions about the root causes of contagion and continuous illness within each team, my daughter contacted Joe Zapata and asked for his thoughts about the problem. Bio-One came to the gym, assessed the facility, and immediately sprang into action. They expertly disinfected all surfaces and equipment and they made some recommendations to eliminate the problems that were being experienced. Unfortunately I was not able to hire them based on requirements on my own end, but they had EXCELLENT customer service with me, went above and beyond explaining the process and what needs to be done.

Had some mold where a refrigerator had leaked. They were very responsive and came out a few days later. They did a fantastic job at the same price it costs to just get a quote from other mold removal services in the area. Highly recommend and would utilize again if needed
